Data Input Catalog - Data Points Versus Calculation?
PWC recently published a data input catalog with roughly 230 data points that are needed per constituent entity. I think there's a misconception sometimes from policymakers, sometimes from even taxpayers and advisors that everything can be found in the ERP system. The key is really to think about what is that inventory of data sources? Is it providing me what I need and how will it feed into the technology that I'm going to use to enable the process and ultimately my calculation engine?
