Prioritization of Growth Models
The most fundamental piece to have in place before you do that is a growth model. What's the central loop, or set of loops, that's driving the business? I do think it's really helpful to then getit into an actual analytical model. And it's amazing how big businesses get before they move off of something like gougle sheet models.
