How Can We Sell More Efficiently?

The sales world is the same. Super high commissions, glorified as the best department in the organization,. all these old ways of thinking that. I'm not here to say that sales isn't important, right? I love sales. Sales is great. You need it. But the way that it's looked at in an organization is the same way that you looked at it 12 years ago. And i just think that people should need to rethink it because it's now impacting the culture in your company. It's impacting the buyer experience. It's impacted how budget gets divided between sales and product and marketing or things like that.
