Is the X Anti-Regime Going to Increase?
The X anti-regime is shifting to having a focus on specified gatekeeper companies that have strategic market status. These are like most clearly the big tech giants and these companies will be required to follow codes of conduct. There's going to be additional inspection powers for the regulator to go into these companies. So yeah, really, really strong procedural investigative powers and very willing to use them.
