The Turtles' Battle Plan for Trading Stocks
Eckhart instructed the Turtles that in advance of the market opening, they had to have their battle plan set for buying and selling. They were taught precise rules that would tell them when to buy or sell any market at any time based on the movement of the price. Eckhart was most interested in the last three questions which addressed the equity level, the systems and the risk aversion. It did not make a difference what the answers to these three questions were a month ago or last week. Only right now was important.
