I think when you're in an employment market where there's a free exchange of supply and demand of labor, I think it's up to you to make sure that your labor is better than everyone else's. The people who can now do those data things have grown so much just because of these tools which in my opinion helps all of us. Just think about how much data is not being analyzed right now.
