direct contracting would allow for aa provider network to get that capitated payment themselves, without the insurance company as an intermediar. Direct contracting will have its own system for figuring out, are they repaying these people too much? Andit'll be harder to figure out the way they set it up, because we're not even going to get as accurate reporting back on what the able cost were as we see in medicare advantage.
