David Deutsch: We should never presume that just because someone is starting a company that they actually can't work somewhere else. "I spend a lot of time worrying about them thinking about it, and I don't necessarily know how to translate into something that someone else could pick up and follow" He says the best way for founders to succeed is to go out and count through a mistake - which we must as we're trying to do something new.
