Trump's Motion to Set a December 11th Trial Date
Trump's lawyers and not as lawyers are saying we can't be ready for a December 11th trial date but I think what's more interesting about it is the things that they put in their motion. This is a real test of Judge Cannon as to what she is going to do in terms of the trial day because she has such broad discretion on this issue, so it'll be really interesting to see what she does.
