The Shooting of a Colombian Driver

Carlos and Peggy were driving through Westchester County, New York. Carlos was forced to the side of the road by an older model dark colored sedan that looked like a Toyota. A man wearing jeans and a baseball cap into Carlos thought vaguely looked Colombian with standing by his car window pointing a gun at him. "I tried to grab the gun and twist it," Rose says. The gunman fled because Carlos got back in the drivers' seat for help.
