For a very long time, the only thing that i did as a writer was documentary theatre. I'm very much like anna devere smith and am, you know, emily mann and all those incredible artists. And i think hearing what actual people sound like is really important to an artist. It creates a picture for somebody, somebody that i've seen that i am that es and it definitely works.
