Is It Legal for DeSantis to Cheat on Your Spouse?
The left is claiming that it's not even legal for DeSantis to do this, that he's being an authoritarian. I did the research, found out what power DeSantis actually has and what statutes he's using as justification. You can decide for yourself whether what DeSantis is doing is legal. But before we get to that part, the legal technicality, I actually want to address the other question first: Is it moral? It's legal to cheat on your spouse, but that doesn't make it the moral thing to do.
