I Don't Want to Keep My Covenant, but I Will Keep My Promise, Even When It Hurts
Psalm 16 is a declaration of loyalty, another psalm of david. And here David rejoices in god in whom he has placed his trust. He knows it can come despite his own iniquity thanks to repentance and the re tion that god can give him. There is hope for him. We don't have the whole story in doctrine covenunt one 32. It speaks of him falling from his exaltation. But couple that verse with this one - i will not leave your soul in hell. I will redeem you if you will simply repent. Trust on, hope on repent on.
