Community Colleges

i want to give a shout out to community colleges. They are such an important part of the intstructure for helping people find their way in the world. And i think we don't talk about community colleges enough, and we don't engage with them enough. Get employers to engage with them more deeply in communities t as got to be one of the most important things we can do to lift people out of poverty. Go visit one, embrace one and go work with one.
