Our food products are the result of a number of about, you know, how it will taste. So if i take an example ofk a biscuit i love from my childhood in france,. colpetide colie is lika, a little biscuit draped in chocolate. And so in many ways, wehad to think about our food as being designed. Is something we've done quite recently in terms of shifting our food system. What role does er circular economy, or circular design, in re designing all food?
