Alexander: Is this all reflected in these reads though, that specialize and have heavy presence in the big cities? Alexander: Right now, would I want to be a landlord in Lower Manhattan or up at, let's say, 59th and Lex? Probably not. So it's really a bifurcated market. The top tier assets are winning the day because they have the amenities, the proximity, and the out that the tenants want.
