Don't have your phone at night, especially if you're just absent mindfully scrolling on your phone. Journaling for me isn't a daily practice; it's anywhere from two to three times per week. I've been meeting with a psychologist on a weekly basis for an hour once per week. And yeah, those are the most of the practices for me when it comes to lowering my overall stress.
