Curtis' Walk

According to Doug Evans, Curtis had walked everywhere that morning. He got up early on the morning of July 16th, left his house on the west side of town and started walking east. In the neighborhood where Curtis lived, the houses are small and close together. It's hilly, the yards are short, and some houses are practically up on the street. People are out in their yards hanging out, waiting to people as they drive by.
