The Bridge Between Marketing and Sales
When people respond back to you, there is somewhat of a blend between the direct approach that probably a sales person would take. And getting them to convert in very short forms of text verses? That's kind of where i think in to carry that with me forever, probably. A, some of those pieces were things that i didn't, i didn't get insight into before. So i think what it's helped me do is, you know, now that i'm kind of owning business development under my umbrella, is how to continue to maybe convert people after they may respond initially hesitant or not interested.
