The Overton Window Obstacle

i'm at least 10% more likely to do it than i was before talking to you about it and the reason is because that's something where i could just choose to do it. Some institutions we might consider would be ones that would break the overton window obstacle by some new institution once we instituted the institution yes but not beforehand when we would need that in order to institute it well.
