Hotels are a mix, just like an arbian b is, of real estate and business. When you're buying a hotel, it's the revenue is higher because there's more work that's going to go into it. So i can understand it wouldn't have occurred to you to even think about, well, you think you're buying real estate, and you're like, well, just have my team go out there and get it ready. But when something like that happens, it is ultimately a reflection of me and my management for not having been more involved in asking those types of questions.
