In the results it says that ivomecton is associated with reduced inflammatory markes. It causes less innd, reduces inflammation, faster viral clearance. But many studies included were not yet published or p reviewed. And meter analyses are prone to confounding issues. The authorities cannot even look at this evidence until a larger randomie control trials hare done.
