Count Zinsendorf was a German noble. He lived in a very socially stratified time of history where you would never go from being account to being a pastor. And yet all he wanted to do was serve Jesus. So after getting his grandmothers estate, a beautiful piece of land in Germany, he has the opportunity to do this. There's a time of persecution. Primarily, anabaptists are being persecuted for their convictions. They somehow huddle on a piece of his land and they name it Hernehood.
