The strikes are these moments of solidarity which historically have just had this huge effect in the way people see the world and how they see themselves. These moments where people's values or what they they perceive as their values change really quite fundamentally you know and what they believe is possible. The idea that people can get together in the workplace and take action it's not just sitting alone in yourself with this kind of self-responsibility kind of you know dogma weighing you down.
