How to Love Your Fridge
The temperature of the fridge itself is obviously important. I keep a thermometer in my fridge just to make sure it's like too warm or whatever. Getting over 40 degrees and having food sit there for a couple of hours, the bacteria growth can really, really exponentially multiply. A fridge thermometer is a really great investment.
