The Journey to Coffee
First job was KP and Bistro, then ran a post-production company in Soho. Went from there into sort of bar management, pub management - fun way to go. A few years later went to visit family who live in Sydney; they took me to coffee shop. Had piccolo latte, flat white, espresso... it was like nothing I'd ever had before. So decided to apply as a barista: 'It's my dream to have shops that are not successful'
