Creatine Non-Responders

About 20 to 30% of people who take creatine are non responders. Most studies don't assess for response versus non-response in the participants, so that is kind of a question mark as well. The bottom line is I still would recommend creatine because you're still going to gain lean mass. You're stillGoing to gain strength. And, um, it's just that we oddly found a disappointingly small amount of muscle thickness gains and a muscle cross sectional area gains using these methods.
