We create a lot of mental clutter for ourselves and we expend a lot of extraneous energy on things that don't deserve it. I want you to attempt to go somewhere or be in even just the elevator for five minutes or one minute depending on the elevator where you are not with your phone and not checking your phoneYou're not using it as a prop. Just deliberately in your mind choose to be in that moment and do nothing. And this is again about feeling the feelings in your body knowing you have unconscious drives and being okay with that discomfort. It comes with feeling you know human and flawed. So get back to life.
