The Culture of Trust
I have a very low propensity to trust. I just trust anyone, and then sometimes it, you know, mostly it's okay. Sometimes I fall flat on my face, but for some people it's very difficult. And so like you're saying, if we can build my colleague Maya always talks about the trust less systems where everyone is reporting their progress. So yeah, it's creating that system so that trust is not as much of an issue, I think. Yeah, it will just come. It will come with it.
