The best two books that I have read are one of them. One is by my dear friend, Mike Earnshaw, who is a principal and he wrote the Edghew Culture Cookbook. The other book also that I just finished reading is by Brian Espinal. And man, you know, I just loved his writing, just speaking right from the heart.
