What Was Your Thoughts After Leaving Atlassian?

Very different for sure. Not very much process or procedure kind of more autonomy, faster pace sometimes in a way that maybe was sometimes not great. You don't have to like go get, you know, 20 approvals and try and sell ideas. It was sort of like have a conversation with a few people and make a decision and keep moving. I'm glad I made the jump, even though it was scary because it's like, who knows.
