Finding a Missing Tenant

Karim musili knew his uncle, hesham, lived on the 20 third floor. Karim canvassed the area round grenfell asking emergency respondes if they'd seen hesham when they plied. He travelled to local churches and centres in search of his uncle. There didn't seem to be government registries of survivors. Nor was he given the number for a hot line or resources for families to utilize. Without any apparent structure, it was like no one was in charge.
