I'm a bit obsessive and om on line almost all the time, so i guess from my point of view it's not thought hard to be responsive. Werl i just obsessed about what i had to do. And just whence i started, i didn't stop until i was done. Oh, i imagine, as wemean, oftentimes customers service things of tickets or open items. No, that you then have this growing lisp,. if there's so much volume, yes, you then cannot down realy from. How did you handle it that it didn't become a growing, growing listit was manageable....
