Introduction

In the United States, about one in four girls and one in 13 boys experience child sexual abuse. One study actually showed that the average age at the time of reporting child sex abuse was 52 years old. Sage Williams is a Latter-day Saint and a nurse by training who has worked as a sexual assault nurse examiner carrying medically for pediatric and adult survivors of sexual abuse. Rebecca Batilian is currently authoring a book on the power of Jesus Christ to provide healing from sexual abuse.
