Climate Alpha

This is a new tech platform called climate alpha. They use a scenario forecaster to help answer the question and of how a climate will impact your city. This means that, you know, their customers, large real estate investors can use it to plan investments. And they also hope to launch a tool for individual home buyers so we can just enter our street address and the price we bought our property at. It's pretty cool to see how climate predictions can be used more tactically for people as they think about where to live.
