The Church Is Not the Best Home for Me, Right?

I think there is a temptation for people to view the church or any local church as a place where it's like, okay, we've got every like the people that are there have everything together. How can we reconcile the truly disappointing pieces of experience that we might have in church life and even the ways in which many of us who are brought up in the church may have been fed like non-biblical ideas or ways of thinking? I want to hear your thoughts on this because, you know, through reading or writing, you've given this a considerable amount of thought. You've given a lot of thought to just trying to provide gracious, wise responses to that.
