Is Space on Campus a Good Idea?
We look at universities that are financially stable. We can aset the bar at about 200 million dollars for the endowmentt have had fairly steady enrolment numbers. The other thing that we look at would be, um, you know, where are you located? I mean, are you in an area where there is a considerable number students who are in high school right now and how long will it take them to commute to your university? So we look at an hour radius. And this is a commuter model. It's further integration into the larger university and into the campus. There needs to be a hub for these students to experience community and to go to for those really important services.
