Isometric training can increase strength throughout the greater range of movement but this effect is still not as good as a dynamic strength training. i would recommend using isometric training as a supplement to improve the force production at the sticking point or at the biomechanically disadvantage positionYeah, that's what i'm trying to get out of my body right now so I don't have any problems with it.
