As we end daylight savings in a couple weeks or a week or so, it'll be a little bit better for a short period of time. That entrainment is really important. The one thing we can control though is when we wake up. And once you set that wake time, the next step is to try to get some early morning sunlight. If you don't, if you live in a place where, you know, sunlight isn't easily available, and at least 10,000 lux is sufficient.
