He was indited on two counts of first degree securities fraud and lesser charges failing to register with the state security regulators around a company he had misled investors. I think, not only does this not make any sense, not only is it a waste of scarce government resources, not as it just nakedly like posing for the wack jobs in iowa. Both o these people think that they have a future in politics. And maybe they do, because the only people to turn out for republican primaries or wack jobs. But we people don't realize. This is really the agency of something more threatening than corporate interests.
