side projects can take many forms. They don't have to be from your free time. I think dope part of it in learning design and like explore things that you would probably never be in an option to get work. Right now my job right now is not challenging because we solve super hard technical problems, but I have to know, so organization problems. So yeah, you can do this high quality, you don't need to do side projects. It's maybe your place of work also gives you some time to grow as an as a developer,. write some some innovation time or whatever you might want to call it in 20% time. That's where most of my open source work comes from
