Leadership is not something that you're giving, it's somehing that you take. You always need to understand why people don't dep there is always a reason if something looks to you unreasonable. By being with my daughter, honestly, and ein a crazy situation, i think he teach me that, you know, sometime there's people a frances maybe they are not talking as well as others. Just understand whater they're scared of, what ere straind bit, and just basically work with that.
