Last week, Silicon Valley Bank collapsed. This was the biggest bank failure since the 2008 financial crisis. Bad decisions at the bank and a rapid increase in interest rates combined in a kind of toxic mix. But Rob says what's happening here isn't the 2008 financialrisis. It's different.
