I Would Not Hire Michael Avanati, I Don't Think He's a Good Lawyer.

Michael avanati is facing three separate federal criminal trials, all of which are very tough for him. The 30 months sentence he got for the nike extortion is lower than i expected,. although i don't know that's because of anything he did as just as much as the judge's disagreement with the guide lines. He has very little hope of ever being a lawyer again, a practising ny, and very littleHope of escaping serious federal jail time. I just hope that he finds some time before he goes to jail to call you again and call you a negative.
