Volume Two Rules Out Any Discussion of Technological Change
The whole of volume two rules out any discussion of technological change. He finds actually a macroeconomic situation in which things have to be calibrated very, very finely such that those things could be in equilibrium. Now what this says in macroeconomic terms is that there can be a macroeconomic growth path which is stable and trouble free,. provided that there is a pattern of technological change of a very, very particular thought.
