The Importance of Principles in the Agile Manifesto
I was pretty familiar with what Alister did. You know, some of the scrum stuff I knew about, but that was a little bit new so I picked up some things there. Yeah, I think it's worth calling out. Mary Poppendek took an expressed moment in one of her earlier books to talk about the difference between practices and principles. And I think that's my definition principles are not meant to change there. There must be the foundational bedrock that we build the practices on top of.
