How to Succeed in Private Equity

I think the spread between investment banking and mega private equity is pretty thin. I don't know that this all holds true in the bulge bracket private equity firms like Blackstone or KKR, where they have a very similar structure to an investment bank. And coming in, I struggled for the first six or nine months on sort of reversing that trend and realizing that thoughtfulness is more effective in private equity than speed. Yeah, we'll get into that in a little bit about kind of the different tiers of even in private equity and kind of what the roles are,. because I've got a very similar opinion of you.
