The more you control the more you have to control if that makes sense. I would never tell you consciously that I was controlling but I totally was just because I remember how I felt and I know how I feel now. It might not seem like this but this greatly contributed to my relationship anxiety due to my unrealistic expectations of life. So on the surface it would seem like I'm okay I'm disgusted with my partner right that's one of the frequent things that we feel or think that we feel when we're experiencing relationship anxiety.
