Let's say you own a printing shop and you've got printing presses that can print postcards and newsletters or whatever it is. That excess capacity could be used to find somebody with something that would be benefited by using the printing to get out to more people. To educate somebody about what they do is a great audience. For only $20, I would say sometimes it's less expensive to get somebody a result than it is to convince them to give you money to get that result.
