The Archetype of Physician or Clinician?

I'm curious to get your take on this because, I mean, Jacob and I have obviously both either like been around or invested in tech-enabled services companies. And for a model like yours, first of all, what is the archetype of physician or clinician that you find who wants to join something like this?
